At Trellis Therapy, our specialty is relationships. Every concern we treat is rooted in the relationships people have with themselves and others. We believe that so much of our pain begins in relationships, and that it heals in relationships too. Our training as relational therapists shapes how we care for every couple, individual, and family who walks through our doors. Whatever brings you in, we want you to know that reaching out is a meaningful first step and our main goal is to help you and your relationships flourish.

The couples we see are often carrying hurt that has built up over time, through broken trust, ongoing conflict, distance, or uncertainty about the future of the relationship. The individuals we see are often working through anxiety, grief, trauma, or patterns from their family of origin that continue to shape how they relate to others and to themselves. And the families we see are usually moving through a hard season together, whether that is conflict, loss, or a transition that has left everyone feeling disconnected.
What our clients tend to share is a desire for something more than surface-level change. Therapy with us is a place to slow down, understand the patterns underneath what is happening, and grow in a way that lasts. It is okay if you cannot name what is wrong yet, or if part of you doubts this will work. Simply showing up as your authentic self is enough.
