Aspyn Osburn, MFT Intern
Hi, I’m Aspyn Osburn, an MFT intern in Edmond, OK. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating a variety of life experiences, relationships, and emotional challenges.
In therapy, I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a space that feels affirming and supportive. My work is grounded in values-based care, and I strive to walk alongside clients as they explore what matters most to them and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their values.
I believe therapy is a place for growth, reflection, and building a life worth living, and I approach the process with curiosity, care, and respect for each person’s unique story.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time baking, getting outside and moving my body, and relaxing with a good movie or book. I also love spending time with my dog, Faye, who keeps life fun and grounded. I value creating balance in my own life and bring that same appreciation for rest, connection, and meaningful moments into the work I do with clients.
