Taylor Holloman, LMFT
Hi! I'm Taylor, and I am so honored that you are considering working with me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about meeting people exactly where they are.
I believe the most important aspect of the therapeutic process is the relationship between the therapist and the client, which provides space for safety, healing, and change. I am passionate about helping clients work through challenges to create deep, meaningful connections in their relationships and with themselves. I do this by creating a safe, welcoming, and empathetic space where we can explore together the issues bringing you into therapy and work to cultivate the change and healing you desire to see in your life.
I primarily work with couples utilizing an Emotionally Focused Therapy lens. My interests are helping couples restore safety and security in their relationship through healing from betrayal, increasing relationship satisfaction, and increasing healthy communication.
Additionally, I enjoy and have experience working with individuals processing the complexity of pursuing divorce or reconciliation in their relationship. I enjoy working with individuals to help them understand the intersection between mental and relational health. I utilize a systemic lens incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence based models.
As we work together, I hope to create a collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are and find a place of healing for you. Sometimes, taking the first step can be overwhelming. If you are searching for a place to start, I would love to schedule a free phone consultation to chat further about your goals for therapy. I look forward to talking with you!
